Although Vicki found healing through God, a 'spiritual avenue', she is not against the industry of psychiatry. She believes if diagnosed properly and in appropriate therapy, the right counselor, the correct combination of medication, etc., that it can make all the difference in the world to the person struggling. Even though she is not an advocate for medication, she isn't against it if the person is diagnosed correctly and medication is prescribed properly because it then can help get a person to a point where he/she can deal with what is before them.
